About Us 

We’re launching a brand-new AI initiative at the forefront of wealth and asset management technology — and we’re building the team and infrastructure from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role: you’ll be an early architect of our AI capabilities, defining core systems, frameworks, and best practices as we grow. You will have a direct hand in shaping our technology, engineering culture, and long-term roadmap. 

We are assembling a next-generation AI team to design and deploy AI-native systems - from autonomous agents to intelligent decision-making tools - that power our product suite and operational pipelines. 

What You’ll Do?

Drive New AI Capabilities & Project Launch 

• Lead development of next-generation AI agents and autonomous systems essential to our platform. 

• Set up the engineering pipeline for model development, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring — from prototyping to production quality. 

• Shape standards and documentation for how teams build, train, evaluate, and ship agentic AI solutions. 

Build & Scale Engineering Practices 

• Work closely with engineering leadership to define and refine architecture, processes, and tools as the team grows. 

• Establish CI/CD and ML/Ops workflows that ensure reliability and scalability across services. 

• Mentor and collaborate with new team members as the organization expands. 

Innovate with Cutting-Edge Models 

• Design, train, fine-tune, and integrate advanced LLMs, generative AI systems, and reasoning engines into high-impact use cases. 

• Rapidly prototype and iterate using frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc. 

• Solve hard problems around explainability, performance, and data-specific challenges in finance. 

Who We’re Looking For?

Core Requirements 

• 2–5+ years of production-grade experience building or deploying AI/ML systems. 

• Expertise in Python and modern AI tooling (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow, etc.). 

• Proven track record shipping real systems — you balance thinking from first principles with delivering working code. 

• Comfortable architecting scalable solutions and driving technical decisions in a fast-moving startup environment. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in fintech, investment platforms, or complex data domains. 

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML tooling or research. 

• Background in reinforcement learning, multi-agent reasoning, NLP, or decision systems.
