Quality Assurance Specialist (web & mobile)

About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at WAYF. As a crucial member of our development process, you'll ensure the highest standards of quality across our digital products and services, working closely with our development and design teams.

What You'll Do:

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications
• Perform manual tests of our key stakeholders’ web and mobile applications
• Create and maintain automated test suites using modern testing frameworks
• Collaborate directly with developers and designers to implement quality processes
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide valuable QA perspective in product discussions
• Document and track bugs effectively using our project management tools
• Help establish and improve QA processes and best practices

Technical Requirements:

✔️ Strong experience with manual testing methodologies and best practices

✔️ Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar)

✔️ Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)

✔️ Experience with version control systems (Git)

✔️ Knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC

✔️ Experience with test management and bug tracking tools

Nice-to-have:

💫 Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated tests

Soft Requirements:

🗣️ English B2+

⛱️ Experience with working remotely

💬 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

👀 Exceptional attention to detail

🤝 Excellent communication skills

👋 Ability to provide constructive feedback

📚 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Salary Range:

10 000PLN - 16 000PLN net (B2B) per month or 2350EUR - 3800EUR net (B2B) per month
