What will you do?

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.

• Support the design and implementation of AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• Build and maintain RESTful and WebSocket APIs to expose application functionalities.

• Engineering of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and working with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone).

• Contribute to preparing validation datasets and running basic evaluation tests for LLMs.

• Ensure reliability, maintainability, and performance of services in production environments.

• Collaborate with business consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Lead projects, work directly with engineers, and communicate with clients.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for ongoing and completed projects.

• Participate in code reviews to share knowledge and ensure high code quality.

• Contribute weekly to VstormPedia (our internal technical knowledge base).

Ideally, if you have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development with Python.

• Basic hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• A foundational understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work.

• Proficiency in using Git and applying software engineering best practices (clean code, CI/CD, code reviews).

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (written and spoken).

• (nice to have) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
