We are looking for Senior IT Recruiter to work for a European company from the fintech industry specializing in algorithmic trading and cryptocurrencies. You will be working in a small but talented team to evolve and improve our product.

Tasks / Responsibilities: 
- Design and apply recruitment process across various roles 
- Find the best candidates from the market (including your own network, search tools) 
- Interview potential candidates 
- Manage recruitment processes from gathering requirements to onboarding stage. 
- Create and manage job ads and employer branding strategy 
 
Requirements:
- IT recruitment experience across various technical roles 
- very good communication in English (at least C1 level) 
- good interpersonal and communication skills (ability to work in a team)
- "nothing is impossible" approach to problem solving
