About the role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Tester who has a curious mind and is ready to dive deeper into the art of software testing, its solutions and best practices.

In this role, you will  be responsible for executing acceptance tests of our Salesforce solutions. You will ensure that our solutions are sound and aligned with business needs. This role involves testing the overall quality of developed Salesforce solutions, integrations and regressions.

To achieve this, we expect you to already have some experience as a Salesforce Tester or at least Software Tester who is willing to learn Salesforce ecosystem in a relatively short time.

Your responsibilities include:

/ Responsible for designing and documenting Test Cases and Test Scenarios in order to ensure their quality and seamless execution within Salesforce ecosystem

/ Responsible for day to day test execution of Salesforce solutions and reporting testing progress, as well as estimating test effort

/ Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-quality service through continuous testing

/ Performing functional tests, verifying the compliance of the functionalities produced within the User Stories with the established Acceptance Criteria, reporting bugs in the event of defects being detected and performing manual regression tests

/ Contribute to test data preparation, environment setup, and post-release testing to ensure system stability

/ Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities by preparing UAT scenarios and helping business users validate system behaviour

/ Participate in sprint activities to stay aligned with Agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process

/ Work closely with our Test Lead and other team members to translate business and technical requirements into test scenarios

Our requirements:

/ Min. 1 year of professional experience in Salesforce or Software Testing in general with demonstrated knowledge of the test standards and best practices. We expect you to have at least a basic understanding of automated unit, integration and acceptance testing tools to support our continuous integration pipelines

/ Proven track record of participation in successful end-to-end software development project(s) – Salesforce development projects experience is a huge advantage. Openness and willingness to learn

/ Relevant software testing certifications (Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or similar is not required but highly desirable

/ Advanced knowledge of English (min. B2)

/ Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for automated deployments and tools for test automation like Selenium, Testim or OpKey is highly desirable. Experience with testing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services is an additional advantage

/ Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team, also using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Comfortable asking questions and sharing progress or blockers. Detail-oriented and capable of translating business and functional requirements into tests scenarios with guidance

/ Proactive mindset in identifying opportunities to improve test coverage, test efficiency, and overall QA processes within the Salesforce environment, in close collaboration with the Test Lead and development team

NICE TO HAVE:

/ Experience with Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud will be a strong advantage

/ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Associate, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable.

/ Experience with testing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services is an additional advantage.
