We’re currently looking for a Requirements Engineer to join a remote project with one of our long-term Austrian clients – a provider of modern IT solutions for financial institutions.

Your responsibilities:

1. analyze and model business processes and define project requirements,
2. collaborate with the client’s and internal teams to plan and manage IT projects,
3. work in agile environments (SCRUM),
4. create and maintain detailed requirement specifications,
5. define acceptance criteria and test scenarios,
6. identify and assess risks related to requirements and processes,
7. ensure solution quality and support implementation activities.

You’re a great match if you:

1. have a degree in business or technology and experience as an analyst in IT projects,
2. are fluent in both German and English (min. B2/C1),
3. communicate clearly, work analytically, and enjoy teamwork,
4. are quality-oriented and proactive in solving challenges,
5. nice to have: knowledge of finance, banking, leasing, or payments domains.
