We’re currently looking for a Requirements Engineer to join a remote project with one of our long-term Austrian clients – a provider of modern IT solutions for financial institutions.

analyze and model business processes and define project requirements,

collaborate with the client’s and internal teams to plan and manage IT projects,
-
work in agile environments (SCRUM),

create and maintain detailed requirement specifications,
-
define acceptance criteria and test scenarios,
-
identify and assess risks related to requirements and processes,
-
ensure solution quality and support implementation activities.

have a degree in business or technology and experience as an analyst in IT projects,
-
are fluent in both German and English (min. B2/C1),
-
communicate clearly, work analytically, and enjoy teamwork,
-
are quality-oriented and proactive in solving challenges,

nice to have: knowledge of finance, banking, leasing, or payments domains.
