Job description
Join the team of Real Boxing and grow as a Game Designer with Vivid Games! You'll deliver players' experiences of the highest level while working closely with the industry experts - senior designers, programmers, artists, testers and game analysts.
Curious what is going on in the Real Boxing game? You must know it's performing pretty well. While enjoying a good return rate, we're working on improving its metrics as well as players' engagement and satisfaction. We're focusing on implementing new exciting features like Live Ops, Machine Learning solutions, players segmentation. Can’t wait to do more: unique and spectacular gameplay by implementing outstanding special moves, demanding boxers, unparalleled in-depth and complex fights!
Location: Bydgoszcz or Warsaw / 100% remotely
What are your duties?
- Creating content and features for Real Boxing 2 game which will increase user experience, engagement and retention KPI’s,
- Creating detailed and easy to follow design documentation,
- Ensuring work aligns with business and design goals with attention to theme, quality, and the needs of our players,
- Design, run and facilitate AB testing experimentation,
- Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver shippable features.
What should you offer?

- Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on design and project documentation,
- Ability to self-organize and a strong sense of accountability,
- Comfortable using G-suite as well as MS Office,
- Proficiency in English (our team is English speaking).
