📝Project scope

We are building a platform that helps large organisations manage installed tools for developers (eg. IDE and its plugins).

What we expect in general

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) for complex projects, including web services, back-end systems, and desktop applications.
• Strong knowledge of web-related technologies and HTTP protocols.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems with scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases, including installation and query syntax (e.g., creating tables, performing queries).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins) and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a basic understanding of launching and managing cloud instances.
• Ability to work effectively without detailed functional specifications and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Quick learner, able to adapt to new technologies independently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
• Persistent and methodical approach to reproducing and solving complex cases, even in challenging scenarios.
• Proficiency in written English.
• Passion for QA, with a commitment to staying current on best practices and tools in the field.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving user experience.
• Team player who can also perform effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong user-centric mindset, believing software is developed primarily for the users’ benefit.
