QA Tester

Location: Kraków or remote
We are working with technologies such as .Net Core, SQL with the usage of Entity Framework Core. The whole application 'sits' on the top of Azure architecture and consists of such components as CosmosDB, Storage, WebJobs or Function. Entire front-end logic is built-in TypeScript in Angular.
Your tasks:
- mentoring and supporting QA team members
- working closely with developers and testers to improve products and capabilities
- planning, executing and updating test cases
- maintaining test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
- providing input on product requirements, design etc.
- reviewing automation test results for failures and performing basic root cause analysis and test fixes;
- working in the SCRUM methodology
- supporting the development of large-scale software solutions, utilizing test automation tools and CI/CD frameworks
Who we are looking for?
- at least 4+ year of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
- leadership skills is a plus
- well proven experience in manual and automated testing
- experience with Selenium WebDriver and Azure DevOps
- knowledge of how to test a REST API
- SPA applications experience
- good analytical and problem-solving skills
- English (Intermediate level) and above, oral and written is a must
- communication skills that allow you to share your expertise in a clear, understandable way and to advise on technical solutions
It is a plus if you:
- know how to test a REST API and Cloud Services
- have experience in automated testing
- have worked before with Visual Studio testing tools (.NET C# knowledge), NUnit and TFS knowledge
