AI Agent Front-End Developer (*gn)

This role requires a passion for transforming complex AI functionality and data into seamless, intuitive, and high-performance user experiences. 

• In this role you lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance web interfaces using modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Next.js, TypeScript).

• You seamlessly integrate user-facing components with back-end AI agent systems, machine learning models, and APIs, using using Python and AI frameworks such as Dify, DSPy, or Langfuse.

• You develop intuitive interfaces for presenting and interacting with complex, document data and agent workflows.

• You collaborate closely with AI researchers, back-end engineers, product managers, and designers to translate AI capabilities into valuable user-facing features.

• You ensure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of all user interfaces and advocate for engineering excellence, participate in code reviews, define front-end architecture, and contribute to a shared design system.

• You make sure to create clear documentation of processes, methodologies, and system capabilities. 

Your skills

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• You bring expertise in programming languages essential for AI development, such as Python, Go, or Java.

• You are knowledgeable of machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and neural networks. Experience with AI application frameworks and libraries like DSPy, Dify or Haystack.

• You have a deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent architectures.

• You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced field.

• You posess strong interpersonal abilities to navigate team dynamics and convey technical concepts clearly.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• You are familiar with containerization and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes and have prior experience in developing AI agents with relevant industry certifications in AI or cloud platforms.
