The Opportunity

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Wroclaw. You will be working on a modern, cloud-native resource planning product that is already live and transforming airport performance for passengers worldwide

We aren't looking for someone to just "tick off tickets." We want someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and figures things out.

The Specifics

• Work in a high-performing team (4 developers, Product Owner, Tech Lead & Tester) using Agile/SCRUM.

• Develop and scale modern microservices for our airport resource planning product.

• Take ownership of features end-to-end: primarily backend logic but handling the necessary UI work in Angular to bring your features to life.

• Work with a modern tech stack: .NET Core, Angular, Kubernetes, AWS, and more.

What we are looking for

• Solid foundations in C# / .NET.

• The ability (or strong willingness to learn) to handle simple to mid-level tasks in Angular.

• High Agency: You are proactive, you ask "why," and you don't wait for permission to improve things.

• Good communication in English (we work in an international environment).

• A degree in Computer Science is great, but we value proven skill and "hacker spirit" just as much.

• Potential over Pedigree: Whether you have 1 year of experience or 10, we care about your ability to learn, solve complex problems, and your drive to build great software.

• Full Stack Mindset: Your heart likely beats for the Backend (.NET Core), but you aren't afraid to jump into the Frontend (Angular) to build cohesive features.

• AI-First Mindset: We want people who aren't afraid of AI. We expect you to use modern tools (LLMs, Copilots) to accelerate your work, while maintaining the critical thinking to know when the AI is wrong.
