Senior Project Manager

VentorTech specializes in implementing Odoo ERP in various business domains such as inventory, sales, purchase, financial, and accounting.

Ventor.tech is a dedicated team of engineers, managers and analysts with 10 years of experience in implementing and automating sales, purchase and warehouse processes for SMEs. We are experts in our field, among our clients there are large global organizations and vendors (EU/US/AUS). 

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a talent for meticulous organization, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to deliver project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and selecting appropriate project management methodologies tailored to IT projects.
• Forming and organizing effective teams, with continuous oversight and optimization of development and implementation processes.
• Planning and orchestrating demos, retrospectives, actively tracking project progress.
• Implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Providing comprehensive reporting to both clients and internal management, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned with project objectives and milestones.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of project management and related experience (Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle).
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, AHA, Trello), methodologies, and best practices, including Gantt charts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team of 7-10 people.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects in accordance with outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of creatively solving problems.
• Language Proficiency: English - min B2 level, fluency in Russian.

Optional (but advantageous):

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred;
