Senior Business Analyst/Odoo Consultant

VentorTech specializes in implementing Odoo ERP in various business domains such as inventory, sales, purchase, financial, and accounting.

We're currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst/Odoo Consultant, who is passionate about finding effective solutions to help businesses optimize their processes. Let's embark on this journey together!

Responsibilities:

• Communication with the customers to identify business problems and customer requirements.
• Search for solution options based on the Odoo platform, and development of solution architecture based on Odoo.
• Development of project documentation.
• Interaction with the project team for requirements and solution communication.
• Participation in Pre-sales and Discovery process.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo. 
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Practical knowledge of techniques on how to run and moderate workshops. 
• Level of spoken and written English B2+.

Optional (but advantageous):

• Understanding of finance and managerial reporting, with the ability to incorporate financial insights into Odoo implementations.
