Odoo developer (Product Team & Support)

VentorTech is a company specializing in Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing Systems based on the Odoo ERP framework. We are experts in our field, working with large global organizations and vendors across the EU, US, and Australia.

Our product team develops innovative Odoo modules, including a printing solution (integrated with the PrintNode service) and e-commerce connectors for platforms like Shopify, Magento 2, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop. Several of our web and mobile products have already been successfully launched, and we continue to actively expand our product line.

We are currently looking for an Odoo Developer (Product Team & Support) who will be responsible not only for developing and maintaining Odoo modules, but also for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. This role combines software development with third-level support, ensuring the stability and performance of our products.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Python.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento 2, WooCommerce, PrestaShop) and their Odoo integrations.
• Experience with Odoo module development, including customizations and performance optimization.
• Understanding of Odoo’s architecture and best development practices.
• Intermediate+ (B1+) level of English and fluency in Russian.

Optional (but advantageous):

• Previous experience in technical support or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, customizing, and designing our Odoo-based products with a focus on integrations, data processing, and business workflows.
• Actively participate in product development by implementing new features and enhancements.
• Investigate and analyze customer issues that require deep technical expertise.
• Work closely with the product owner and the development team to ensure product stability and improvements
• Assisting first- and second-line support engineers with complex issues.
