Middle Business Analyst

VentorTech specializes in implementing Odoo ERP in various business domains such as inventory, sales, purchase, financial, and accounting.

Our team, comprised of skilled engineers, managers, and analysts, brings over a decade of experience in automating sales, purchasing, and warehouse operations for small and medium-sized enterprises. We are experts in our field, and among our clients are large global organizations and vendors (EU/US/AUS). 

At the moment, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with understanding of Logistics, Sales, Warehouse or Accounting processes. This role is focused on working closely with clients, addressing real business cases, and delivering tangible results where the output of your contributions as a Business Analyst is quickly evident. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements.
• Design and document business processes and workflows.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Communicate and coordinate with the project team.
• Support the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and post-implementation assistance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst working with the US/EU clients.
• Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes, including creating structured requirements and process diagrams (BPMN, UML).
• Expertise in preparing technical documentation such as specifications, user stories, and use cases in a clear and organized format.
• Understanding of business domains, including warehouse and logistics, sales and customer management, and accounting and finance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, developers, and end-users.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English and fluent in Russian.

Optional (but advantageous):

• Experience in implementing or optimizing automation systems, as well as configuring standard solutions such as CRM, WMS, or ERP.
• Knowledge of API usage and system integration principles.
