Junior Backend Developer (Python)

We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer to help us take our platform to the next level.

You’ll join a collaborative engineering team that values learning, simplicity, and getting things done the right way — not the hard way.

You won’t just be writing code; you’ll be solving real-world problems, learning how to choose the right tools for the job, and growing into a developer who contributes meaningfully to architecture, product decisions, and team dynamics.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid understanding of Python (preferably Django or a similar framework)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Awareness of how the web works (HTTP, RESTful APIs)
• An analytical mind that enjoys solving problems and digging into why things break
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and adapt — a true growth mindset
• Willingness to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and take initiative

Bonus if you’ve touched:

• Docker or other containerized environments
• Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of writing tests (unit or integration) and why they're important
