Senior QA Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help us take our platform to the next level.

You’ll join a collaborative engineering team that values learning, simplicity, and getting things done the right way — not the hard way.

What we’re looking for:

• Design and implement mobile-specific testing strategies that ensure cross-platform compatibility, performance, and usability across diverse devices and network conditions.
• Create, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and scripts. 
• Provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of quality assurance. This includes setting quality standards, defining success criteria for testing, and ensuring adherence to these standards throughout the development process. 
• Work closely with our developers to integrate testing processes into the CI/CD pipeline. 
• Implement monitoring tools to track the performance and health of applications in production. Analyse and report on test results, and use this data to drive improvements. 
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with software testing and deployment.  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. 
• Continuously assess and improve testing processes and practices. Innovate new approaches to testing that can enhance the quality and efficiency of our processes.
