Scrum Master / Agile Coach IoT Products

What we achieve together

• You take on the Scrum Master role in a motivated cross-functional team in a scaled environment for the development of IoT products and drive it peak performance in terms of skills, trust and success
• To support the self-organized software development team, you facilitate all Scrum events and ensure that they are positive, productive and kept within their timeframe
• Furthermore, you plan and moderate meetings and workshops
• You strive for a successful collaboration with Product Owners as well as stakeholders from other departments
• Together with other Agile Coaches in your area you drive continuous improvement within the team and on organizational level, too

What makes us successful together

• You are experienced in executing agile methodologies/frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban 
• You have a high degree of independence, empathy and communication skills 
• You like to establish processes, find creative solutions to improve collaboration and products, and you also act calmly and confidently in conflict situations
• You have basic knowledge of software development and are interested in IoT/heating technology/smart home applications
• You identify with the agile values of openness, courage, respect, focus, commitment
• You speak fluent English. German or Polish would be a plus
