The purpose of this role is to drive the successful delivery of Salesforce projects focused on the Service to Retention (S2R) process, ensuring that business objectives are met through efficient process optimization, system implementation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will be a key link between business teams and technical experts, managing project lifecycles and leveraging SFDC solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and support the organization’s strategic growth initiatives.

Project Planning and Execution: you cooperate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Stakeholder Communication: you act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource Management: you allocate resources effectively, managing project teams, and ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Reporting and Documentation: you maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.

Experience: You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a challenging international project environment and have solid expertise in the SFDC platform.

Know-how and skills: You understand S2R processes, including service contract management, service appointments and related operations; good knowledge in S2R process automation and optimization.

Nice to have: Knowledge of other SFDC process areas (e.g., Lead-to-Order, Marketing Automation)

Personality: With your positive attitude and trustworthy personality, you can build strong stakeholder relationships. You are very well organized, have high standards for the quality of your work and communicate proactively and clearly.

Language skills: You speak English fluently; Polish would be a plus.
