As Technical Manager, you take the helm in driving technical excellence for our Java, Fullstack, and DevOps teams. You foster innovation, guide architecture decisions, and continuously improve our development processes to deliver outstanding solutions.

• You lead the design and evolution of backend architecture, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and maintainable systems that align with business goals.

• Collaborating closely with Product Owners and supervisors, you define and prioritize the technical roadmap that steers your team’s efforts and quarterly planning.

• Your technical expertise empowers the team: you provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and support to developers and engineers, cultivating a culture of continuous learning.

• You champion the adoption of new technologies and tools, promoting innovation and improving the developer experience across all projects.

• Driving process improvement initiatives, you optimize workflows, tooling, and infrastructure in partnership with suppliers and service providers.

• With your strategic vision, you develop and nurture technical partnerships with universities, institutes, and software houses to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

• You take ownership of recruitment and talent development, ensuring your team is equipped with the right skills and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You hold a university or master’s degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field.

• Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in product or technology development, with a proven track record of leading teams.

• Know-how and skills: Your expertise spans project management, R&D processes, and continuous process improvement methodologies.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, including its markets, technologies, and customer needs, is a strong advantage.

• Personality: You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best.

• Language skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
