• You will take ownership of maximizing the value of our PaaS product that provides the technical backbone for multiple digital solutions.

• You will define a clear and inspiring product vision that aligns with our strategic business goals.

• You will craft and maintain a transparent product roadmap to guide our development teams.

• You will prioritize and communicate the product backlog effectively, enabling focused and smooth delivery.

• You will connect product teams with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency.

• You will support Scrum teams throughout their sprints, championing agile practices and values every day.

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You hold a university degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: You have significant experience in Product Management and Agile Product Development, preferably in the Product Owner role.

• Know-how and skills: You are proficient in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Nexus, with a strong understanding of Cloud-Native Software Development Lifecycle challenges.

• Nice to have: Experience working with PaaS platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure is a plus.

• Personality: You are an empathetic, collaborative leader who values transparency and teamwork, inspiring others with your enthusiasm and strategic vision.

• Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, with a warm, inclusive approach that fosters team cohesion.
