DevOps/Software Engineer

• In this exciting role, you will become part of our Digital Solution Platform team and develop central components with different standard tools for agile development teams, helping them to fully focus on their product vision. This can be for example Identity Management, CI/CD tools, simple hosting solutions or internal API management
• Your major contribution will be to develop software and provide infrastructure components for other development teams. This will happen within an end-to end process – from an idea, over strategy to operations and support
• You will collaborate with our Product Owner to actively get in contact with our users, get their feedback and eventually visualise your findings to our stakeholders to improve our product and make it successful
• Thanks to your expertise and intrinsic motivation for lifelong learning, you will play an important role in the continuous improvement of your team and our product and of course yourself

What makes us successful together

• You are an experienced agile fan – you prefer to work within a Scrum team and adapt the DevOps principles
• You are not only skilled in topics like cloud infrastructure, GitOps, CI/CD etc. but also like to dive into software development (preferably Java) from time to time
• Preferably you have profound experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure, Github Actions and a programming language such as Java
• Pair programming and passion for teamwork is part of your work mindset
• You are always interested in learning and developing beyond your usual areas of expertise
• You have a high degree of independence, empathy and communication skills
• You are very comfortable with using English in your everyday communication
