Software Tester (Manual&Automation) – Italian and English Speaker

Join our team and contribute to testing and delivering innovative IT solutions for international clients. We are looking for someone with experience in both manual and automated software testing, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. 

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze business requirements and software functionalities to be verified 

• Plan and organize test activities, including preparing detailed test cases, identifying dependencies, and managing test schedules 

• Execute tests, report bugs, and collaborate closely with the software development team 

• Document test activities using market-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) 

• Identify and implement opportunities for test automation 

• Promote best practices and a quality-first mindset across the development lifecycle 

  
  

Requirements: 

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated) 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) 

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle tools and methodologies 

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills 

• Proficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) 

• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus
