Senior Test Automation Engineer (Guidewire Insurance Suite)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Guidewire Insurance Suite to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for test automation, developing and maintaining test frameworks, and collaborating within an international team.

Responsibilities

·        Collaborate with the team on testing and implementation activities to achieve project and client goals.

·        Develop, manage, and optimize test automation frameworks for Guidewire Insurance Suite.

·        Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates.

·        Integrate test automation code with test management tools.

·        Deliver high-quality solutions using best practices in CI/CD, TDD, and BDD.

·        Design and implement performance tests.

·        Guide and mentor other Test Automation Engineers within the team.

Requirements

Must-have:

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation.

·        Proven experience in building and managing test automation frameworks for Guidewire Insurance Suite.

·        Strong programming skills in Java and hands-on experience in writing automated tests.

·        Understanding of database concepts and query languages (SQL, NoSQL).

·        Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and applying TDD/BDD methodologies.

·        Ability to integrate test automation with test management tools.

·        Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2+ level).

·        Willingness to occasionally travel to client locations.

Nice-to-have:

·        ISTQB Foundation certification.

·        Experience with Gosu (a statically typed JVM-based language used in Guidewire Insurance Suite).
