Scrum Master

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting our team in optimizing work methods and continuous improvement practices.
• Implementing best practices to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Improving measurability and estimation accuracy using metrics to track performance and stability.
• Helping the team with accurate estimates through historical data analysis and continuous learning.
• Planning and executing the handover of an existing solution to an external team.
• Onboarding and training new team members to hit the ground running!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in guiding teams in Scrum or similar Agile frameworks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Great communication skills to keep everything flowing smoothly.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and mentor.
