Job description

We are looking for experienced Quant Analyst with German to support us in our new project. If you have a strong quantitative background and expertise in financial products, risk management, and modeling, we encourage you to apply.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize deep technical expertise and industry knowledge of financial products
  • Lead and contribute to large-scale and smaller client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Stay up to date with financial market trends, industry demands, and regulatory changes
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and effectively communicate with stakeholders


Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor's, Master’s (preferred: Computational Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or Physics), or Ph.D. in a quantitative field

✅ Experience: 2-10 years in quantitative finance, model development, or validation

✅ Technical Skills:

  • Statistical and numerical techniques (Monte Carlo methods, Finite Difference methods)
  • German (C1) and pricing derivatives (fixed income, equities, credit, interest rates, FX, commodities)
  • Risk management/model validation (VaR, Expected Shortfall, CVA, PFE)
  • Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, C++ (knowledge of R and SQL is a plus)
  • ✅ Mathematical Expertise: Stochastic Calculus, ODE/PDE/SDE, Numerical Methods, Linear Algebra
  • ✅ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills


Nice-to-Have:

  • Certifications: FRM, CQF, CFA, PRM
  • Experience with Basel, CCAR, FRTB regulations
  • ETRM/CTRM systems & risk management platforms (Calypso, Murex, Bloomberg, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements
