IT Architect

We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT Architect from Wrocław to join our team and lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling standards, particularly TOGAF, SOA, BPMN, UML, and enterprise modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect (EA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document enterprise-level IT architectures aligned with business goals and strategies.
• Use TOGAF to develop and maintain architecture frameworks and standards.
• Model business processes and system interactions using BPMN and UML.
• Define and govern the use of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure architectural compliance and consistency across projects and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and project teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT architecture or enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TOGAF, BPMN, UML, SOA, and EA (Enterprise Architect).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, IT infrastructure, and integration strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
• TOGAF certification is highly desirable.
