Location: Poland / Remote 

Work Model: Full-time | Option for 24/7 shift-based support (negotiable)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Administrator to support operational security across enterprise environments in the FinTech and Pharmaceutical sectors. This role involves maintaining and administering critical security infrastructure, monitoring production environments, and supporting incident response activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure (backup systems, monitoring, access control).
• Manage backup solutions (e.g., Acronis): configuration, maintenance, and data recovery.
• Monitor system health alerts, analyze events, escalate and respond to incidents as needed.
• Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.
• Work with SIEM/SOAR tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).
• Harden and manage both Windows and Linux environments.
• Collaborate on DevOps pipelines and environment management (CI/CD).
• Support cloud environments – basic experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform preferred.
• Ensure compliance with sector-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR, GxP, ISO 27001).
• Contribute to 24/7 monitoring and incident response, where applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure administration with a focus on security.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring, backup, and recovery systems.
• Working knowledge of compliance standards in FinTech or Pharma environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude toward incident management.
• Flexibility and openness to different working models, including optional shift-based support.
