Business Analyst - Frankfurt (hybrid model)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our team in delivering international projects. We seek a communicative, proactive professional who can effectively collaborate with business users.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions

• Collaborating closely with business users on-site in the Frankfurt office

• Creating analytical and project documentation

• Supporting technical teams during solution implementation

• Participating in project meetings and presenting analysis outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Willingness to work on-site: 3 days per week in the Frankfurt officeor alternating model: one week on-site / one week remote

• Ability to work effectively with business users

• Knowledge of Python – welcome advantage

• Familiarity with mainframe environments – a plus
