As a Senior Java Developer in Consulting, you will participate in various streams of implementation projects, collaborate with agile team members in order to achieve project and client goals. We are looking for passionate developers willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. As a part of our global team, you will participate in international projects based on latest data technologies and cloud platforms.

Your key responsibilities

• Work as a Senior Java Developer to contribute in various streams of implementation projects
• Writing unit tests for created software
• Collaborate with agile team members to achieve project and client goals
• Participation in design and test activities

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent knowledge of Java supported by 5+ years of professional experience
• Highly proficient in Java
• Familiar with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA and Maven
• Hands on experience working with REST and SOAP web services
• Good knowledge and experience with Kafka
• Very good knowledge of MongoDB, mySQL/Postgres and Redis
• Experience with source code management, continuous integration and automated deployment
• Very good English language verbal and written communication
• Experience working in international projects
• Experience in agile / scrum methodology
• Knowledge of Clean Code and Unit Testing

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification
• 5+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar positions
• Demonstrable experience of Java and frameworks commonly used in Java projects
• Strong communication skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Hands on experience working with microservices architecture
• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud products and services
• Certificates proving certain skills: Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud
