Senior Integration Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Integration Developer to join our client's team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions for enterprise systems. This position is perfect for someone with expertise in TIBCO products, system integration, automation testing, and general programming.

You will be involved in complex IT transformation projects, focusing on integration supported by TIBCO middleware, as well as system maintenance and enhancement. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for tackling technical challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• TIBCO Business Events Upgrade: Plan and implement development components using TIBCO Business Events, including coding, coordination, and risk management.
• Integration Solution Development: Design, develop, and test integration solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Team Support and Mentorship: Mentor team members, review their work, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Problem Resolution: Support system performance, troubleshoot deployments, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in TIBCO Business Events; knowledge of TIBCO Flogo is a plus.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language for developing automated tests and integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application integration concepts.

Professional Skills:

• Proven ability to lead development activities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for risk identification and mitigation.
• Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Experience in production support, deployment troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes to optimize workflows.
