Project Manager/Lead with Oracle HCM

You responsibilities:

- Leading teams, facilitating meetings, and liaising with stakeholders.

- Developing innovative solutions

- Managing and delivering full lifecycle projects: Key for overseeing projects from inception to completion.

- Leading a project team

Our requirements:

1. Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits.

2. Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and Configuration Package.

3. Knowledge of cross-functional Oracle HCM modules like ORC, Time & Labor, and Payroll.

4. Skill in creating Reports and Analytics within Oracle HCM Cloud for strategic insights.

5. Experience with advanced tools and technologies like Fast Formulae, REST APIs, and Security Console.

6. Understanding of Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX) design and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

7. Ability to develop custom solutions using programming languages such as Visual Basic.

1. Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist

2. Oracle Talent Management Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist

3. Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Certified Specialist
