    Role overview

Gates EMEA is undergoing a digital transformation. Across 10 countries, 1000 users will adopt SAP S4/Hana, replacing the outdated 30-year-old greenscreen system. We seek a dynamic, ambitious individual to join our Change Management team, helping our European workforce embrace cutting-edge technology across all enterprise processes.

In this role, the Organizational Change Management Specialist / Change Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing change initiatives as planned by the Change Management Lead. This includes managing the execution of communication plans, stakeholder engagement, coordinating the Change Network, and ensuring that change management deliverables are executed effectively and on time.

The ideal candidate will have a background in change management, with experience in ERP implementations or digital transformations. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and drive execution is essential.

The Stargate S4/Hana project will go live in August 2025, laying the foundation for further transformation in Europe and globally in APAC, North and South America. Join our team and help take Gates Corporation into the next phase of transformation and success!

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute the change management strategies and plans developed by the Change Management Lead, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all change management activities.
    • Drive change through the PROSCI methodology, leveraging the ADKAR model and tools such as Change Network, Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis, etc.
    • Prepare and participate in project meetings, workshops, and retrospectives where the candidate will get exposure to project team members including business subject-matter-experts, IT functional process experts and consultants.
    • Manage and coordinate the Change Network – a sub-organization made up of 350 business users and leaders across 10 countries. Change Network tasks will include:
    • Organize Change Network meetings
    • Co-owning Change Network Communication Plan
    • Follow-up on Change Network actions
    • Prepare, distribute and analyze results of feedback surveys
    • Manage the execution of the project communication plan, coordinating the collection and preparation of relevant content for different communication channels.
    • Maintain project intranet site
    • Provides additional administrative and project-related support as required by the OCM Lead and project team.

    Autonomy:

Works independently on assigned tasks, takes ownership of the execution of change management plans, and ensures smooth collaboration with project team members. Receives strategic direction from the Change Management Lead and works with minimal supervision on day-to-day tasks.
