EDI pm SAP S/SHANA Project Manager

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a SAP S/SHANA Project Manager you will manage projects focusing on e-invoicing solutions implementations within EMEA countries.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Successfully planning, executing, and delivering one or more concurrent small to medium-sized projects
• Partnering with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives
• Taking ownership for delivering project objectives and results and identifying necessary resources
• Driving project execution within established scope, schedule, resource, and quality requirements
• Leading project teams of cross-functional resources in a matrix environment while maintaining their optimal performance
• Creating and organizing project work, including governance process, required documentation, meeting cadence, R&R, scorecards, and RAID log
• Setting own work direction and completing work tasks along with setting the direction of assigned project team members
• Provide timely and effective project communication, including meeting facilitation and status reporting
• Managing project risks and issues, ensuring their timely mitigation and resolution with impacted partners

To be successful in this role, you should also be able to demonstrate:

• Experience with SAP S/SHANA projects, ideally focusing on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI, E-invocing) solutions implementations (must have) and minimum of 5 years' experience working for a global corporation
• 3-5 years formal project management experience, including experience driving at least medium-sized projects from initiation through closure across different business functions
• Strong organizational, project planning, scheduling, and risk leadership skills, and proven experience using project management tools and software
• Change management knowledge and its application
• Minimum intermediate level of English language proficiency (B1 or higher)
• PMP, PgMP certification is a preference
