 About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join an exciting project for the European Investment Bank. This fully remote position focuses on developing and enhancing Hashicorp Vault solutions to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new applications into Hashicorp Vault using IaC/CaC (60%).
• Create and maintain accurate Operational Documentation for Hashicorp Vault (20%).
• Provide training sessions for teams on using Hashicorp Vault (10%).
• Develop and enhance new functionalities within Hashicorp Vault (10%).
• Provision and support development teams in Hashicorp Vault usage.
• Configure Hashicorp Vault using Configuration as Code (CaC) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Oversee the implementation of projects and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) testing.
• Maintain and optimize the Hashicorp platform.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in IaC/CaC and CI/CD pipeline development using Azure DevOps Services.
• In-depth knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge of Hashicorp Vault.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform.
• A security-focused mindset and experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of the lifecycle of a secret management product.
• Proficiency in French (B2 level).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in testing and developing Hashicorp Vault solutions.
• Recommended Azure DevOps certification.
