Active Directory Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Administer and monitor ADCS, ADDS, Entra ID, and ADFS systems.
• Provide 2nd line support for Identity Access Management (IAM), Identity Systems, and Federation Services.
• Identify IAM risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Frontex Contract Manager.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 IAM services support.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, networks, and systems teams within the DOS Sector.
• Develop and implement best practices for IAM services and processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for operational processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Support development teams across development, UAT, and production environments for IAM services.

Our requirements

• Expertise in administering and configuring components like:
• Active Directory Certificate Services (CA)
• Active Directory
• Authority Information Access (AIA)
• CRL Distribution Point (CDP)
• Policy/Exit modules
• Certificate Revocation List (CRL)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administering Active Directory Certificate Services (PKI).
• 3 years of experience as an Active Directory and Entra ID Engineer.
• Strong skills in writing specifications, concept documents, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders on technical and user requirements.
• Service-oriented attitude with well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong sense of initiative and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Location: 60% on-site – 40% remote from Warsaw
