Tech Lead Engineer (AI Enthusiast)

We’re hiring a Lead Engineer in Kraków!

At Uptime Solutions, part of the international Uptime Group (https://uptime.eu/), we build software for clients across Europe - from startups to global enterprises.

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Engineer/Developer who’s as strong technically as they are curious — someone who enjoys both classic software craftsmanship and exploring how AI-based tools can speed things up and improve quality.

You should feel comfortable owning the full project lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to development, testing, and deployment.

You’ll sometimes lead a small team, sometimes work solo — switching context, juggling multiple projects, and enjoying the variety that comes with it.

Who we’re looking for:

• Passionate about AI-driven ways to boost productivity

• Solid experience in .NET and Azure

• Comfortable on both backend and frontend (Blazor / Angular 2+)

• Strong understanding of architecture and design patterns

• Hands-on approach – able to handle the full project lifecycle: from requirements, architecture, and development to deployment

• Enjoys mentoring small teams and sharing knowledge

• Has an engineering mindset – practical, open-minded, and not afraid of switching contexts or working on several projects at once

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions)

• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

• Proficiency in Git / GitHub

• Excellent communication skills

  
  

What you’ll do

• Work with AI on both sides — use tools like Copilot, Claude Code, and ChatGPT to boost development, and build new products powered by Generative AI and ML models.

• Design and build modern applications using eg. .NET, Azure, Blazor, and/or Angular 2+

• Discuss requirements directly with clients and shape technical direction

• Handle full-cycle delivery: architecture → development → testing → deployment

• Mentor developers, review code, and share best practices

• Collaborate in an agile, international environment
