Are You the team member we are looking for?
Unit8 is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Kraków. You will evolve as be part of diverse project teams and will partner with our engineers and data scientist to deliver data applications and solutions. Are you a self-driven individual who is passionate about building impactful, complex, user-friendly applications and is not afraid to move between making intuitive web UI, as well as designing efficient backend services? In addition:
- You know how to build user-friendly, data-intensive web applications (preferably using React and TypeScript).
- You have a deep understanding of current and emerging trends in backend development (preferably using Java or Python).
- You are experienced with modern web application development process, visualisation libraries, testing and automation techniques.
- You take pride in writing good quality, readable and maintainable code.
- You are not afraid of understanding and contributing to areas outside of the application development.
- You are eligible to register as sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.
What You’ll Do
Unit8 is growing at a fast pace and your role can evolve and will depend from our clients’ challenges. In general, you will:
- Own front-end and back-end development for our clients’ data applications.
- Use your skills to design, build and maintain service infrastructure.
- Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle - planning, UX/UI design, implementation, deployment and maintenance
