We are expanding our consultancy business in Poland, and we're looking for Java Software Engineers to join our team. If you are passionate about technology, coding, and solving complex problems, we want to hear from you.
About the project
Full Stack Developer reporting to a Development Manager. We expect the person to participate in all parts of the development life cycle including analysis, testing and production support. The client team does not have separate testing teams and these activities are all part of the role.
What You’ll Do
Principal responsibilities
• Application developer role for front-to-back system for Bonds, Credit derivatives, and IR derivatives trading
• Propose and deliver sustainable solutions for the application, including but not limited to business use case, DevOps, infrastructure, resiliency, and monitoring
• Contribute to new age tooling and the improvement of the existing tech stack and process
• Understand department’s design principles, represent application in design review forums, and interact with IT management and department engineering/tooling forums
What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of experience in supporting mission-critical applications.
• Excellent hands-on core Java and Spring boot
• Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred
• Hands-on microservices architecture and applied design principles
• Good to know Rust.
• Knowledge of MongoDB/PostgreSQL preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Well-versed with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
• Ability to learn new things quicker and use them in an Agile manner.
