3D Software Engineer

We are looking for a 3D Software Engineer with expertise in creating efficient rendering solutions. In this role you will develop high-quality 3D visualizations of our products and optimize performance without compromising quality.

Product Department

Product is our most diverse team in terms of expertise from designers and developers to wood technologists and industrial designers. The department is divided into cross-functional product teams, combining expertise in product management, design and engineering to drive innovation and deliver integrated products. The department is responsible for delivering business results through the development and management of the product portfolio, supporting company-level activities, and coordinating the development of integrated physical and digital products, ensuring a consistent user experience.

About the Team

The Display Team is focused on developing rendering libraries and pipelines to enhance furniture and interior visualization. We build a WebGL based library for real-time web rendering and an Unreal Engine 5-based renderer for static and real-time rendering. Our goal is to create immersive, personalized, and engaging visual experiences, helping users confidently visualize furniture in their own spaces across various digital channels.

Once you join our Team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and optimizing core technologies within Unreal Engine 5 (UE5)
• Enhancing and maintaining advanced 3D rendering pipelines, including support for WebGL-based workflows
• Ensuring high-quality visuals and smooth performance in collaboration with artists and developers 

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 20.000 - 25.000 PLN for B2B contract (other forms of employment are also possible).

Job requirements

• Strong understanding of 3D rendering techniques and optimization
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5, with a focus on performance profiling (Unreal Insights, GPU Visualizer, Stat tools)
• Proficiency in C++ and Blueprints
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working from our Warsaw office at least 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you have:

• Familiarity with shader languages (HLSL, GLSL) and WebGL and/or WebGPU
• Experience with streaming technologies such as WebRTC and Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming
• Knowledge of real-time rendering pipelines, asset optimization, and multithreading
• Understanding of hybrid rendering approaches combining real-time and pre-rendered content
