Senior Frontend / AI Solutions Engineer (React / TypeScript / GraphQL)

🌍 The Domain & Project

You will be working on a project for a rapidly growing company operating in the FinTech and RegTech sectors. They build highly advanced, End-to-End enterprise software focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. This is not a standard CRUD project; you will be architecting complex analytical systems, secure data dashboards, and multi-step workflows utilized by top-tier financial institutions and law firms across Europe.

🤖 Not Your Standard Frontend Role: The AI-First Approach

We are looking for an engineer with high "AI maturity". This means moving beyond traditional hand-coding or using AI merely for debugging or prototyping.

We expect you to act as an architectural director. You will establish strong context, architectural principles, examples, and precise guidance for AI bots to execute. By ensuring strong design consistency and maintaining the highest standards in code execution, you will help the team produce highly complex components in days instead of months. You will let AI do the heavy lifting, but your deep engineering knowledge is strictly required to verify, guide, and perfect the output.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For

• React & TypeScript Mastery: You have an in-depth command of React, including reconciliation, rendering internals, fiber architecture, and performance optimizations. You leverage advanced TypeScript features to write safe, scalable, and expressive code.

• GraphQL Expertise: You deeply understand Apollo or Relay and leverage fragments, persisted queries, and fine-grained cache control. You know how to optimize complex GraphQL schemas, query efficiency, and batching.

• Pixel-Perfect UI Craftsmanship: You have a fundamental understanding of CSS core mechanics (specificity, stacking contexts, rendering performance) and master Tailwind CSS for scalable and maintainable UI designs. You are highly detail-oriented, noticing 1px misalignments and caring about perfect typography and accessibility.

• Performance & Web Fundamentals: You possess an expert-level understanding of DOM rendering, hydration, and the event loop, alongside skills in profiling and optimizing frontend performance.

• Code Elegance & Maintainability: You write beautiful, expressive code and build highly reusable, composable UI components, applying functional and declarative programming principles.

• Deep Engineering Mentality: You are curious about tool internals, make thoughtful architectural decisions, and can explain complex frontend topics clearly.

• Quality & Testability: You treat testing as a core principle, writing unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure robustness using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
