Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and backend services

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright (or Cypress)

• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing using platforms such as BrowserStack

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC

• Identify, log, and track bugs, and proactively drive root-cause analysis and resolution

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and automation practices

• Analyze requirements and specifications to ensure testability and identify potential quality risks early

• Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and test coverage

• Self-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an agile environment

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

• Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Playwright or Cypress

• Experience with cross-browser testing, including platforms such as BrowserStack or similar tools.

• Solid knowledge of programming/scripting languages/frameworks (e.g.,  JavaScript, Typescript, React)

• Strong manual testing skills, including exploratory, regression, and edge case testing.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or curl for API-level validation.

• Basic understanding of Go-based backends to support test design and troubleshooting.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development workflow

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• A passion for quality and a strong attention to detail
