Senior/Architect Azure AKS DevOps

Responsibilities:

• Managing large Kubernetes Cluster on Azure AKS with monitoring and deployment automation.
• Leading projects related to moving and supporting enterprise applications in the cloud.
• Designing secure and scalable systems and platforms using Microsoft Azure, focusing on AKS and containerization.
• Modernization of infrastructure (HA, DR, Security).
• Delivery pipeline optimization and CI/CD pipeline design and configuration.
• Developing HelmChart templates.
• Ensuring integrations between various systems/applications.
• Solving design and technical problems.
• Providing OnCall support for production systems within the team rotation.
• Communicating effectively with customers, both Business and IT.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT as a DevOps/SRE, including 3 years of managing Kubernetes on production.
• Documented experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Architect certifications preferred).
• Proven expertise in infrastructure, security, monitoring, networking, computing, and storage.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), with relevant certifications (Azure or CKA).
• Strong communication skills in both written and oral forms.
• Ability to set and negotiate project requirements, document decisions, and design solutions.
• Full independence and responsibility for entrusted tasks.
• Knowledge of Open Source technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Polish and English at a minimum communicative level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and observability.
