Reviews and understands customer's overall program strategy
Prepares and executes program and project kick-offs
Develops program and project management plans
Creates and maintains the project plan for the different project phases
Works together with the customer project manager / product owner
Supports customer product owner with creating product backlog

Manages project communication
Performs risk management activities
Supports the project execution, monitoring and control phase by performing project administrative tasks such as time and expense reporting & approvals, invoice preparation and approval
Supports the administrative and commercial project closure
Our Requirements:
Place of work: Poland
Experience in managing IT projects
English language enabling easy communication, B2 / C1
Experience in running projects for large international clients
Knowledge of Agile methodology, including Scrum, possibly Nexus / Kanban
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Focus on achieving the assumed goals
Fluent in Polish
Basic understanding of Operational Technology (OT) concepts is an asset
Nice to have:
Acquaintance with Jira
Experience / background in a technical role
Experience as a Proxy-Product Owner
