BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Participation in implementation and development projects of BMC systems.

• Administration and maintenance of BMC products.

• Involvement in migration projects from the legacy on-premise Remedy platform to BMC Helix (containerized or cloud/SaaS-based environments).

• Presales activities, including support in effort estimation, offer preparation, and presenting solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM products, with hands-on experience in system administration, implementation, and customization based on client needs.

• Understanding of ITSM processes and familiarity with ITIL best practices.

• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in Polish language.
