Join us on our journey as a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping how money is sent worldwide. You will work in a team of bright-minded individuals looking after data delivery on time for a wide range of questions. Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Senior Data Analytics Engineer:

• Develop new and support existing dbt models by following dimensional modeling best practices. 
• Build data validation rules and data quality monitors for data quality assurance.
• Build and maintain data products.
• Guide data users on how data products should be used.
• Optimise data transformations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain data governance across the company.
• Communicate with product teams regarding data quality issues.

You’ll report to our Data Engineering Manager.

Here’s what we’d love from our new Senior Data Analytics Engineer:

• Excellent knowledge of DBT tool.
• Excellent SQL knowledge.
• Experienced with dimensional data modeling techniques.
• Experience in performance tuning on analytics databases (like Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc). We are using Redshift.
• Familiar with how data models are used in BI tools.

And if you can also do this stuff, even better: 

• Maintain data lake using AWS ecosystem (S3, Glue, EMR, LakeFormation, Lambda).
• Build real-time data processing pipelines.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: Starting from €4,500 - €5,200 (gross) per month, depending on experience.
• Annual Leave: 20 days annual leave per year
• For Poland we can currently only offer B2B contracts.
