Join us as a Product Designer and help shape the way money moves across the globe. You’ll be part of a smart, collaborative team focused on user onboarding and the SME side of our business—designing experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and built to scale. Working closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Product Marketing, and fellow Designers, you’ll play a key role in crafting user journeys that drive real business outcomes and customer value.
If you’re excited to make a meaningful impact in the fintech space, push the boundaries of what technology can do, and work alongside a team of curious, ambitious minds—we’d love to meet you.
Here’s what you’ll do as a Product Designer:
- Design and deliver thoughtful, user-centered end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile, from concept to launch
- Translate product requirements into clear, elegant UX/UI solutions that solve real user problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing—to shape strategy and define user needs
- Use research, experimentation, and data to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience. Communicate ideas and test hypotheses
- Contribute to our design system by building reusable components and ensuring visual and functional consistency
- Participate in design critiques and help foster a culture of feedback, learning, and shared ownership
- Stay close to our users—understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors—and advocate for them in every design conversation
You’ll report to our Director of Product Design.
What you’ll bring:
- 2–4 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in cross-functional product teams
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and/or mobile
- Solid interaction and visual design skills, with attention to detail and consistency
- Fluency with modern design tools (like Figma) and familiarity with design systems
- Comfort working through the full design process—from research and ideation to execution and iteration
- Ability to build and organise design artefacts (flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, specifications, related documentation);
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to deeply understand user needs
- A mindset of continuous learning, feedback, and improvement
- Fluent English language skills
And if you can also do this stuff, even better:
- Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or other complex, data-heavy products
- Comfort working across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration
- Confidence in running usability tests, user interviews, or co-creation workshops
- Hands-on experience contributing to or shaping a design system
- Comfort making sense of ambiguity and bringing clarity to messy problem spaces
