About the Role

As Product Manager in the Activate team, you will own and optimise the customer onboarding and activation journey. This includes everything from registration and identity verification to the user’s first successful transaction. The Activate domain plays a critical role in user conversion, early retention, and product adoption, and is directly tied to revenue and business performance.

This is a high-impact role with significant cross-functional visibility and a broad scope of responsibility. You will report to a Director of Product and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for onboarding and activation flows

  • Identify and reduce friction in the user journey using data, experimentation, and customer insights

  • Improve core KPIs such as registration-to-activation conversion, ID verification pass rate, and time-to-first-transaction

  • Design and implement onboarding flows for new products (e.g. cards, IBAN accounts)

  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to ensure regulatory and technical readiness

  • Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and propose improvements based on data

  • Evaluate and implement tools and vendors related to onboarding, verification, and compliance

  • Represent the product area in company-wide planning and cross-functional discussions

Key Projects in the First 6 Months

  • Redesign and optimise the existing onboarding flow to reduce drop-off and increase conversion

  • Launch a new onboarding experience tailored to recently introduced financial products

  • Identify high-impact improvements through data analysis and customer research

  • Introduce and refine performance tracking for onboarding-related metrics

Requirements

Must-have qualifications and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within B2C fintech or mobile-first applications

  • Demonstrated success in owning a product area with measurable outcomes

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, especially with engineering, compliance, and marketing

  • Strong data literacy and hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar

  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. JIRA, Notion) and agile delivery practices

  • Ability to prioritise, communicate effectively, and navigate complex stakeholder environments

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in onboarding or identity verification domains

  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products

  • Previous involvement in products with fraud prevention or KYC/AML requirements

  • Exposure to working on data-driven or AI-powered product initiatives

What We Offer:

·       Competitive Salary: Monthly salary starting from €6000 - €8000 Gross month depending on the level of experience.

·       Annual Leave: 20 Days.

·       In Poland we are only able to offer B2B contracts.
