ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior RPA Specialist to deliver on our customers’ requirements, lead the implementation process and communicate with project managers to provide top quality automations in shortest time possible. We have developed our own no-code automation platform tailored for the needs of compliance teams, so we’re looking for a curious mind eager to apply their skills from traditional RPA solutions in our framework.
We are still a scrappy startup and things can be ambiguous at times. We need someone who is a self-starter and is comfortable with having to put on different types of hats at times.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with our state-of-the-art orchestration tool to deliver customer needs according to requirements
- Lead the Delivery department by working, mentoring and planning work of more junior colleagues
- Stick to deadlines agreed with Account Management and Project Managers
- Produce high quality documentation for internal tracking and communicate externally with customers on expected delivery dates and feature details
- Take ownership of the overall delivery and quality control process
- Contribute to improving the tool by suggesting changes to the framework
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years experience as RPA specialist and/or in leadership roles
- Strong analytical and technical background
- Hands-on mentality - we do expect you to help manage the process but also get your hands dirty building the automations too!
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills combined with high empathy for customer perspective
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

30min chat with CEO - we’ll get to know each other and explore if we might be a mutual fit for each other. You’ll get to learn more about TransactionLink and the product.

1h problem interview - we will do a live-automation-building session with you. We don’t expect you to know our tool well, so the task will be tailored to test how quickly you learn and how you manage the process of creating automations.
