We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to deliver on our customers’ requirements, lead the implementation process, and communicate with project managers to provide top-quality automations. We have developed our own no-code automation platform tailored to the needs of compliance teams, so we’re looking for a curious mind eager to apply their skills from traditional RPA solutions in our framework.

👉 In this role, you will be essential to ensuring the continued success of our company and our clients by implementing and optimizing initiatives tailored to their needs. Acting as both the voice of our company and a champion for client-focused solutions, you will bring valuable insights, propose innovative strategies, and drive measurable outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Gathering functional and technical requirements from customers and translating them into tasks for the delivery team.
• Planning, delegating, coordinating and monitoring the execution of tasks by the 2 more junior technical colleagues.
• Determining Definition of Done, conducting and supervising acceptance tests
• Testing solutions under various user accounts, identifying potential problems and anticipating implementation risks.
• Creating high-quality internal documentation and external communication with customers regarding schedules, features, and work progress.
• Verifying and analyzing code and basic Java and JavaScript work to support technical activities.
• Leverage project management skills to streamline implementation processes.
• Take ownership of the overall delivery and quality control process

What you need to bring:

• 4+ years experience as an RPA specialist/Implementation specialist or in leadership roles
• Strong analytical and technical background
• Hands-on mentality - we do expect you to help manage the process but also get your hands dirty building the automations too!
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills combined with a great understanding of customer perspective
• Professional proficiency in English, written and verbal (C1+)
